The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 54 ff. D. Lgs. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), without the burden of justification, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products purchased.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform MF1 s.r.l. benefit company (the “Seller”) of its decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an email to the address available on the “Contact” page of this site. For this purpose, you may use the standard withdrawal form. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the expiration of this period.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, payments made to Seller will be refunded to Buyer without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
The refund may be suspended until the Seller receives the purchased products or until the Buyer demonstrates that it has returned the products, whichever occurs first.
The Buyer is requested to return the goods or deliver them to the Seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Buyer communicated his intention to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if the Buyer returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The products to be returned must be sent to Seller in a single shipment, by courier or other means that makes tracking possible. For this purpose, the Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail at customercare@mtof.it, of the shipment, together with the tracking data.
The products:
- must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be made to Buyer using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless Buyer has expressly agreed otherwise.
Buyer shall not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund except for the cost of shipping or delivery, direct of the return of the goods, which shall be borne solely by Buyer.
